Features of government debt management at the present stage

In modern Russia, the problem of the state debt of regional budgets is very acute. Sanctions imposed on our economy strongly influence the receipt of revenues in the federal budget, which in turn does not allow additional financing of the regions through intergovernmental transfers. This situation forces the regions to use budgetary credits, acquire securities, and in other ways increase their own public debt.
