The article deals with the main problems and tendencies of process control toensure and improve the quality of services in the sphere of culture organizations.It proves the necessity to conduct a comprehensive study of the market of culturaland leisure demand in order to ensure the availability of people to cultural goods.We characterize the essence and originality of modern quality managementsystems of cultural services in the conditions of growing competition. The paperdraws attention to the disclosure of the concept of «selection of the recipient ofcultural property», which is part of the concept of quality management services inorganizations and cultural institutions.
