Features of company management in the modern sanction’s crisis

Business in Russia in modern conditions has found itself under the powerful destructive influence of the sanction's crisis. Despite the fact that the sanctions shock has been overcome in the economy as a whole, negative sanctions effects are observed at the micro level. They hinder the sustainable and successful conduct of business. In this regard, the article suggests directions for improving the management of companies, which are focused on their adaptation to new business conditions.
