Features of conflict management in law enforcement

The article is devoted to the problem of conflict management in the system of law enforcement agencies. Features of the conflicts arising within law enforcement activity are defined. Their features with emphasis on destructive factors of development are allocated. The article includes a description of diagnostic tools that are sufficient and necessary to identify conflicts arising in the implementation of law enforcement, as well as methods of conflict resolution.
