In this paper, specific aspects of loyalty management in modern conditions, as well as the possible costs associated with the search and adaptation of new employees, are considered. Particular attention is paid to the development and implementation of activities related to raising the level of employee loyalty, as well as to the analysis of the key non-material motivational factors on which they are based.
