In the article the peculiarities of small enterprise management and the difficulties faced by the head of a small enterprise in modern conditions and in the conditions of crisis. Also in this article the example of small control company in the industry of bread-making and presents recommendations for improving the paper. In the course of writing the article identified the typical problems of work of small enterprises on the example of separate organizations in the industry of bread-making (IP Stoll A. R.) and proposed recommendations for improving the efficiency of small enterprises.
