Features of HR management at different stages of the organization’s life cycle

The article considers the emergence of the concept of the organization's life cycle, as well as five stages of this cycle. At each stage, the features of personnel management, problems and methods for their solution are considered. The information from this article can be used by the heads of various organizations for the timely and effective adoption of managerial decisions related to personnel.
