The urgency of the personnel management problem is due to the development of the market infrastructure, changes in the nature of the work performed and the content of labor. Personnel management is very important for modern service enterprises, since the efficiency of these organizations depends entirely on the personnel. Part of the personnel management process is the formation of an organizational culture, which as a result contributes to instilling in employees common values, acceptable professional behavior for their activities. Ultimately, this not only increases the economic efficiency of the entire organization as a whole, but also allows you to form its positive image. In this article, authors examines the concept and essence of the organizational culture of the organization, as well as the process of its formation.
