Devoted to the peculiarities of personnel management in a digital economy, which is currently a factor in the general competition for human capital. Every day the importance of personnel management is growing, as digital information and human capital are becoming the highest value in the modern world. In this connection, directions have been singled out that enable companies to occupy a leading position in the market under conditions of increasing competition for personnel. The conclusion about the need to improve the professional experience and knowledge of employees, the implementation of the concept of continuous staff training is made.
