The article examines the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic in the field of staffing and motivation of employees working at industrial enterprises. Various ways of motivation in conditions of isolation and remote work of personnel are analyzed. The dependence of the influence of anxiety on the efficiency of staff work caused by uncertainty and instability during the pandemic has been revealed. The experience of personnel management of PJSC "Kaluga Turbine Works" is analyzed. The effective approaches to work with personnel in conditions of coronavirus infection, which contribute to the retention of qualified personnel, have been identified.
