The article deals with the actual problem of the characteristic features of personnel management in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic. Scientists researching anti-crisis management of the enterprise are presented. The problems faced by organizations in personnel management in the context of the coronavirus pandemic are highlighted. The features of personnel management at enterprises are identified and priority tasks are proposed: preservation of socio-economic stability, acceleration of the transition to digital channels and platforms, diversification of innovations, integration of corporate goals and common interests .
