Features of the management of small business enterprises in the context of digital transformation of the national economy

The topic of the article examines the current direction of development of the national economy in the small business sector. As part of the study, the main features of managing small businesses in the context of digital transformation are considered. The most important emphasis is placed on the digital transformation of small businesses with the advent of digital platforms that allow the implementation of new business models of enterprises. At the same time, platforms shape the development trends of economic actors and dictate their terms of interaction and cooperation. Digital platforms have no production capacity - the key investment becomes the development of tools for marketing analysis of the customer, namely his desires and preferences. The effect of these actions is amplified by the network features of the business environment, which makes it impossible to do traditional business and requires taking into account the impact of global digitalization on the economic relations of both the individual region and the country as a whole. The maximum threats are experienced by small businesses. The analysis allowed identifying and summarizing the leading methods and tools for managing the development of small and medium businesses, as well as identifying the main risks of digital platforms. In this article, digital platforms are considered as innovative business models, a relevant tool for addressing the problems of strategic interests of various economic actors.
