The study examines the integrated management system (IMS) as a paradigm that combines the social, economic and environmental aspects of an industrial enterprise. It is possible to increase efficiency and achieve the expected effect of the implementation of investment projects because of the integration of production processes, considering the provisions of the ISM. Any changes, reengineering of processes, and their transformation aimed at modernizing and improving the activities of the enterprise are fraught with risk. In this regard, the study summarizes the possible causes of the risks of implementing an integrated management system and the directions of their neutralization. The features of the integrated management system data in the context of managing the integration of production processes are also revealed. A comprehensive methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of IMS includes an assessment of compliance with regulatory and technical requirements and the achievement of positive technical and economic characteristics. The results of the assessment may include identification of the maturity level of the IMS and indicators of technical and economic efficiency. The composition of the integrated enterprise management system and its connection with the PDCA cycle are proposed. It is concluded that a comprehensive assessment of an integrated management system can be carried out in the areas of RD value chain; certification of production sites for three quality management systems.
