Features of management in the field of education: a systematic approach

The article discusses the features of management in the field of education in modern conditions, the impact of the effectiveness of the management of an educational organization on the effectiveness of its activities and related aspects of the management of an educational organization. An educational organization acting as an intermediary between the educational services market and the labor market faces the need to improve the marketing of educational services and build the most effective system of management process aimed primarily at improving the quality of educational services. The quality of education is considered as one of the main performance criteria of an educational organization to which all management processes of the organization are subordinated: forecasting, planning, regulation, control, research, quality assessment, as well as motivation for the growth of the quality of education. In this regard, two main approaches to the management process are analyzed — functional and process. The optimal combination of methods of a static functional system and a dynamic process system makes it possible to use the most strengths of both systems. The combination of these two approaches to the management of an organization is expressed in a systematic approach to management. The principle of consistency is one of the main principles of the management of an educational organization at all levels of management of educational organizations — federal, regional, municipal and, accordingly, at the level of the organization itself.
