Special features of the level of the aggressiveness of the colleagues of penitentiary system as the professional deformation

In the article the vital problem of the professional deformation of the colleagues of the criminal-executive system of the Russian Federation is examined. In the opinion the authors, one of the manifestations of the professional deviation of the colleagues of penitentiary system is aggressiveness. The authors consider aggression as the form of the behavior, aimed at insult or reason for harm to another person. A study on the study of the level of the aggressiveness of the colleagues of penitentiary system was carried out. It is revealed, that for a long time the aggressiveness of the colleagues of penitentiary system rises under the effect of the deforming factors of professional activity. The aggressiveness of the colleagues of penitentiary system, who work different time in the system, has the qualitative differences, expressed by its higher manifestation in colleagues, who work in the system long time.
