Features of working conditions and safety in greenhouse facilities of the agro-industrial complex and innovative ways of forming their compliance with the legal framework of the country

The article draws attention to the specific features of the conditions and safety of workers in greenhouse facilities of the agro-industrial complex. There is an intensification of the processes of development and improvement of greenhouse facilities in various regions of the country in order to solve the food supply of the population with fresh vegetables all year round due to the fact that domestic open ground food does not fully satisfy the demand for vegetables in various soil and climatic zones of the country. Materials are presented on a detailed theoretical and practical analysis of the features of the types of work and their safety and harmlessness of greenhouse facilities from the moment they are filled with the appropriate soil to harvesting and storing the crop. These provisions are analyzed on the basis of the object - plant - technology - engineering and technical means - human system, taking into account the features of modern technologies that dominate modern fruit and vegetable growing facilities. A distinctive feature of each of the presented analytical dependencies is the accounting of the components of the specified system, one way or another related to labor safety, contributing to ensuring its or implementation in injury or diseases in the current or distant time. Among the parameters included in the analytical dependencies are those related to the technologies of a particular type of work, the professionalism of operators, the properties of the soil and planted and processed plants, the terms of work, the agrobiological requirements of crops, ensuring thermal, light, humidity and phytosanitary conditions, as well as other circumstances dictated by new technologies, the introduction of innovative solutions into production practice. The most important of the circumstances in terms of ensuring labor safety are: accounting in the presented dependencies of the human factor; potential risk of work technologies and methods and means of their implementation and ensuring safety taking into account work at height and sanitary and hygienic requirements and requirements for personal protective equipment.
