Service Level Agreement (SLA) is currently an effective tool for ensuring the quality of infocommunication services and regulating the relationship between providers and consumers of such services. In particular, SLAs are used by leading telecom operators when providing services to corporate clients and other operators. Often it is the large and important clients that are striving to conclude an SLA.
