Features of establishing the event of a crime under article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation: law enforcement issues

Issues of evidentiary law, including issues of proof in the investigation of certain categories of crimes, always attract the attention of procedural scientists. The peculiarities of exposing a person suspected of committing an unlawful act related to repeated driving while intoxicated is no exception. Existing contradictions in law enforcement practice and the lack of consensus in the literature cause the need for a detailed analysis of the issues of establishing the event in the investigation of a crime under Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
