Features of the impact of physical and sports education activities

The article discusses the problems of education value attitude to the physical culture, as well as aspects of the influence of motor activity on the development of some psychophysical qualities of students. Using the example of recreational running and bodybuilding, the possibilities of developing a value relationship to an independent, individually-differentiated physical culture and sports activity are shown.
