The features of transaction expenses influence on the development of youth labour market in the Republic of Crimea in modern conditions

The article presents the research results of the impact of transaction expenses on the development of the youth labour market in Crimea in modern conditions. Transaction expenses in the labour market are considered taking into account its actors (employer, young employee, state). Each of the criterions of the transaction expenses in the youth labour market is described in detail. The authors list the main activities that contribute to the reduction of transaction expenses at the meso- and microeconomic levels. It has been found that their implementation will improve the efficiency of the processes taking place not only in the youth segment, but also in the whole labour market of the republic.
