In the article the author points out that in the conditions of the market transformation of the economy in approaches to personnel management, it is required to achieve profound changes in the mentality of the subject and the object of management of the aircraft manufacturing enterprise. The author believes that, given the current stage of development of the Russian Federation and its national characteristics, this transformation is possible to a large extent through an updated organizational culture. The practical implementation of the concept of optimizing the process of personnel management can be successful in achieving a correspondence between the objectives, the management strategy of the aircraft manufacturing enterprise
