Features of implementing SCRUM methodology in the company's project management process

The article analyzes the implementation of Scrum in the activities of projects of Russian companies, substantiates the relevance and necessity of implementing this method, as well as examines the main problems that companies may face when implementing Scrum and, as a result of the study, recommendations are given for adapting the method to various projects implemented in modern Russian realities.
