Peculiarities of external motivation of scientific and pedagogical staff of Russian State Social University

In the article internal motives of activity of scientific and pedagogical staff (SPS) are considered. The urgency of solving the problems of the external motivation of the SPS in conditions of multi-criteria evaluation of the activities of the individual and the institution as a whole for achieving domestic and international rating indicators is revealed. The need for external motivation is shown through the introduction of a transparent rating evaluation of SPS activities and its relationship to incentive payments. The generalization of directions of an estimation and stimulation of the SPS of the Russian state social university as a method of external motivation is resulted.
