Peculiarities of excavation of criminal case on cases related to trafficking in human beings

In the article features of an initial stage of the criminal trial, a stage of excitation of criminal case, at investigation of human trafficking are considered. The reasons and grounds for the initiation of criminal cases of this category are analyzed, as well as factors that negatively affect the stage of initiation of criminal proceedings are analyzed.
