Peculiarities of time prospect and inner conflict of the internal affairs agencies’ officers with different terms of service

The article explores the problem of time prospect within significance and accessibility of personality values of the Internal Affairs agencies’ officers with different terms of service. The authors consider empirical results of investigation of this problem taking Russian MIA traffic law enforcement officers as an example.
