Peculiar properties of interaction of ethyl alcohol with the human ethanol oxidizing system

Бесплатный доступ

The article considers the general physical and chemical model of ethyl alcohol and acetaldehyde hydrolysis in a wide range of concentrations with the help of mathematical models and compares the results obtained in real conditions. Biotransformation kinetics generally corresponds to the two-stage scheme, where the first kinetically significant step is the hydrolysis of ethyl alcohol, and the second stage corresponds to the actual hydrolysis of aldehyde.
