Interaction features of municipal methodological services in support of pedagogical staff and managerial personnel

The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. Municipal methodological service is the most important link connecting theory and practice in the regional education system. Conservatism, lack of interconnections, low organizational culture reduces the effectiveness of methodological activities at the municipal level. The situation in the Yaroslavl Oblast was assessed based on the results of the implementation of the educational program “Management of Modern Educational Systems” (Methodist School - 2023). The goal of the research was to substantiate the introduction of new forms of interaction between municipal methodological services on the basis of sociological observation. Managerial, organizational, substantive problems of interaction were identified, solutions were proposed, and the necessity of diversification of interaction forms was substantiated. The scheme of “partner” (network) methodological work is presented. “Service approach” should not correspond to the concept of service in the sphere of trade and services. The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. Conservative approach to management practices, low degree of managerial freedom, insufficient presence in the educational space of the region, uncertainty of tasks, distortion of functionality, violation of the balance between the requirements “from above” and requests “from below”, low organizational culture reduce the effectiveness of methodological activities at the municipal level. Methodology. The situation was studied based on the results of the implementation of the educational program “Management of Modern Educational Systems” (Methodist School), with the participation of 40 municipal methodologists. During the school the issues of transformation of municipal methodological service, application of digital tools were considered. The issue of forming a regional methodological asset was raised, methodologists tested new forms of interaction.
