The article considers how the principle of student's subjectivity is implementing in the context of person-centered approach in the educational process of a private school. The author describes how student's Selfconcept is fulfilled. It is shown how the educational environment of a private school, based on the needs of a student and a teacher, their interests and aspirations, as well as introspection and self-improvement, allows to design the educational process in the framework of the person-centered approach.
