The article examines the problem of negotiations by means of the intermediary. The author analyzes the work of the intermediary as a process at which the neutral third party helps the conflicting parties to develop mutually satisfying decision, is one of means of the peace resolution of conflicts. The article speaks about clearer representation achievement of changes sufficient for the further independent negotiating, the expanded search of the solution of a problem, improvement of quality of dialogue, understanding the parties that the purposes of work of the intermediary can be the achievement of the agreement. Negotiating with criminals at participation of the intermediary demands special preparation as a result of which at the employee conducting negotiations trunk-call competence will be formed. The author analyzes experience of Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia on preparation of heads fortrank-call activity in extreme conditions.
