Features of amicable agreements in arbitration court of appeal and cassation instance

This article is devoted to the analysis of the key issues of the amicable agreement in the Arbitration court of appeal and cassa- tion instance. The article author examines the issue of resolving the legal fate of previous court acts in the case when approving the amicable agreement in a higher instance and evaluates critically the established practice of cancellation of previous court acts in the case under consideration.
