Features of conclude of the labor contract with Ukrainian citizens

In the article the peculiarities of the conclusion of the labor contract with citizens of Ukraine are considered. The specifics of the recruitment of these individuals are analyzed, as well as the problems of labor legislation in the field of regulating the legal relations of employers with foreign citizens.
