Features of foreign copyright for musical works on the "Internet"

This article discusses the current issue of copyright protection in the information and communication network "Internet" on the example of foreign legislation. Since the Internet is the main source of intellectual property distribution. Very often, this method is associated with a violation of copyright law since there is a possibility of distributing the works of copyright activity without the consent of the copyright holder. The article considers examples of the implementation of copyright in foreign countries and the problems associated with it. As a result, the author concludes that it is necessary to change the current legislation and improve the protection mechanisms.
