Features of protection of labor rights of employees

The article examines various aspects of protecting workers’ labor rights, with an emphasis on the main legal mechanisms employed to ensure fair working conditions. It analyzes specific aspects of labor rights protection, including jurisdictional and non-jurisdictional forms, focusing on key legal mechanisms. The legal foundations for labor rights protection, reflected in international and national acts, are discussed, as well as the problems and shortcomings of existing mechanisms. Particular attention is paid to the role of state bodies and trade unions in protecting workers’ rights through the resolution of labor disputes. The article also considers potential ways to improve legislation to ensure effective worker protection under changing socio-economic conditions. The conclusion is made that, for further improvement in the effectiveness of labor rights protection, it is necessary to strengthen the role of the judiciary and labor inspections, as well as to expand the legal options for using non-jurisdictional forms of protection.
