Features of land use in the territory of advanced socio-economic development “Ruzaevka”

The article considers the basic concepts of the territory of advanced socio-economic development (TOSER) and the ways of its formation on the example of the TOSER "Ruzaevka" of the Republic of Mordovia (RM). The authors identify the features of land use, technology of land allocation for investment sites (IS) and the functioning of facilities on them. The study of the location of the borders and the use of IS was carried out on the basis of data from the Public Cadastral Map of the Russian Federation and satellite images of the Google Earth.
