Бесплатный доступ

Here are presented major biochemical characteristics of oil and oil-seed meal quality: oil and protein content, fatty-acid composition of oil, quantity and composition of tocopherols, total content and components composition of glucosinolates in yellow seeded spring rapeseed. Influence of plant's providing with water and warmth on accumulation of various components depending on the year of vegetation and possibility of seeds selection for simultaneous improvement of oil and oil-seed meal quality are shown.
