Features of probe methods for local measurement of the hall coefficient

In this paper, we propose the extension of the two-probe method for measuring electrical conductivity to determine the Hall coefficient by a local method, i.e. carrying out the necessary measurements in any area of the flat surface of the semiconductor crystal. In this case, in the case of an isotropic sample, it is possible to measure them together within the framework of one technique.
