Special economic zones as drivers of Russia economic development

The problems of the development of special economic zones (SEZ) are investigated. A unified methodological approach to identifying territories - drivers of economic growth is proposed. Based on computational, analytical and ranking methods, the performance indicators of various types of SEZs and specific SEZs for 2017 are systematized. Based on the analysis of the SEZ indicators and their comparison with the average Russian indicators, the SEZ drivers of economic growth were identified, which should be equal to other zones and economic entities: Alabuga, Lipetsk, St. Petersburg.
