The authors consider the procedure for challenging the results of determining the cadastral value of real estate objects carried out by specialized state budgetary institutions, and the prospects for the development of this institution in Russia. They analyze the impact of new federal assessment standards on this process and give practical recommendations to its participants, taking into account the new regulatory framework.
