Osteosynthesis with external fixators for injures and deformities of the hand bones

Clinical as well as topographic-and-anatomical investigations, computer-aided simulation of different fixators and digital study of bone tissue optical density were made to determine the most rational ways of fixation for injuries and deformities of the hand bones. This allowed to reduce the risk of specific complications and to achieve good anatomical-and-physiological results in treatment of patients with the hand disorders using the external fixators of the authors' design.
