Osteosynthesis and porous implants in treatment of patients with type С3 intraarticular fractures of lower limbs

The results of rehabilitation of 84 patients with type C3 intraarticular fractures of lower limbs have been studied. In 15 (17,9 %) patients autografts were used for bone defect filling, in 69 (82,1 %) cases - porous implants were used. Fixation was performed according to the technologies of transosseous and external bone osteosynthesis.
