Implementation of functions of municipal formations by means of budget investment

The article considers the concept of the budget of the municipal formation, its structure, defines the legal basis for the budgetary process of municipal entities. The essence of the program of support of local initiatives is studied. The effectiveness of the implementation of the program for supporting local initiatives in the Republic of Bashkortostan has been studied. The advantages of introduction of initiative budgeting are revealed. It is proved that proactive budgeting is necessary to eliminate problems that bother citizens. It was concluded that the program for supporting local initiatives in the Republic of Bashkortostan needs to be maintained further.
