Judicial power when preparing for the trial on a criminal case

The article deals with the contents of judicial power at the stage of preparation for the trial. According to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic the judicial power exercised false powers at this stage. According to the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation the judicial power exercises organizational and preparative powers when calling the court sessions and judicial control when criminal cases are returned to a prosecutor.
