Implementation of currency control under sanctions

This article discusses the implementation of currency control in the conditions of external sanctions pressure from unfriendly countries. So, in order to support foreign trade participants, the state amends currency legislation, and also introduces restrictions on the movement of currency in order to protect the country's economy. Despite this, unscrupulous foreign trade participants are trying to illegally withdraw capital from the Russian Federation, so the customs authorities, together with other departments, implement currency control and prevent attempts to violate currency legislation. The article considers the results of customs inspections in terms of violations of currency legislation, as well as the number of cases initiated in accordance with the Administrative Code.
