Release from punishment because of the change of conditions of persons committed crimes while being intoxicated or drug addicted (criminal, legal and procedural aspects)

The article considers criminal, legal and procedural aspects of substantiation of facts leading to release from punishment because of the change of conditions of persons committed crimes while being intoxicated or drug addicted. The author makes certain recommendations designed to improve the relevant part of the legislation and practice in application of Article 80.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
