From “Ticket to the future” to the champion of the country

In the article, from the standpoint of the universal mechanism of professional self-determination, the project on early career guidance for schoolchildren of grades 6-11 “Ticket to the Future” is considered, which can be applied everywhere. The main approaches of the project in terms of collaboration of general education, secondary vocational education and the regional coordination center of the movement “Young Professionals (WorldSkills Russia)” are systematized to achieve common goals. Based on the experience gained, methodological approaches formulated by the main organizer of the project, taking into account the modern requirements of the regional economy, the stages of its development on the territory of the Chelyabinsk region are characterized. The results of the project implementation in 2020 were analyzed in detail in several areas. The data presented allow us to make an objective conclusion about the formation of the professional trajectory in schoolchildren of different ages.
