From homo habilis to homo sapiens and back

The problem of fundamental differences in the educational process organization in a higher educational institution on the basis of a competence-based approach and on the basis of structuring the didactics of higher education is considered. On the basis of the Federal State Educational Standard for bachelor’s degree in the field of training 09.03.01 «Computer Science and Computer Engineering», the inconsistency of the implementation of targets for the acquisition of professional programmer competencies by students is demonstrated. Within the framework of the of the knowledges priority concept, it is proposed to solve the question of the forms and timing of the educational programs development on the basis of the necessary volumes of didactic material to be mastered in the learning process.
