From Lenin, an idol, to real Lenin

The article examines Vladimir Lenin's evolution as a politician and a thinker, from the point of view of rather real than formal dialectics of denial. The paper provides various objective evaluations of his personality and his role in history, given by both the then and contemporary prominent scholars. The paper convincingly proves that the time conjuncture quite often deforms the perception focus of the historic truth.
