From concept to essence of civil society

In the article basis of the concept of modern civil society, containing various theoretical and legal approaches and concepts is covered. The category of the concept isn't a formal definition of civil society, and represents a conceptual element of dialectic logic. Having analyzed the formation and development of the concept of civil society in the dialectic direction, it is possible to learn the essence of not only theoretical approach to civil society, but also the phenomenon, its direct formation and formation at present stage. In the course of definition of the concept of civil society, you shouldn't proceed from the abstract idea of modern society, with formally consolidated rights, duties, opportunities of the state, its citizens as single representatives of modern society. Based on formal logic, the analysis of the valid law of emergence, development of society, the state, and the concept of civil society as a whole is carried out. The concept of studied category is revealed through the social space which is independent from the state and urged to control its activity by means of public organizations, establishments, associations to implement and ensure all set of the rights and freedoms of the person and the citizen. Civil society is inseparably connected with the state, and directed on the restriction and control of activity of state power structures, and also non-interference from the state in a social space.
