From law to the rule-of-law state

In the study of the problems directly related to the theory and practice of the formation and functioning of the rule-of-law state, the Ufa School of the Rule-of-Law State plays an important role. Scientific works published in the journal “The Rule-of-Law State: Theory and Practice” emphasize regularly that the problems of the formation and functioning of the rule-of-law state are inextricably related to the problems of the formation and improvement of civil society. The study of these problems, the identification of the main vectors for the further strengthening of the positions of civil society and the rule-of-law state in our country, the study of the main trends in the state and legal development of the Russian Federation that have emerged in modern conditions is one of the priority areas of national theory of state and law.
