From entrepreneur potential to entrepreneur competencies of the higher education graduates

The article examines the problem of mismatch between the structure of vocational education and the labour market and first of all the problem of excessive higher education of low quality. The author notes that the modern higher education standards pay attention to the formation of the entrepreneur competencies not only in the primary specialities but in the specialities not directly connected with the entrepreneural activity. The example of innovative-entrepreneural competencies of the federal state educational standard of higher education in 38.03.05 ‘Buisiness-informatics’ (baccalaureate) is given. The concept of innovative potential as an element of entrepreneural competence structure of the bachelor is presented.
